Mr. Freeman is President and CEO of First Source Capital and has 25+ years of senior corporate finance leadership experience in fortune 500 public and private equity backed businesses as executive vice president, CFO, Treasure and divisional corporate controller roles. He brings a wealth of experience to bear having successfully executed multiple complex financial transactions, debt, equity, capital raises, M&A deals and corporate development projects domestic and internationally.
Mr. Freeman graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Finance and obtained his MBA with a concentration in Finance and Operations Research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Mr. Freeman served in the US Army 82nd Airborne Division as a combat team leader.
